Individual and group therapy in Kendall
Talk therapy in English or Spanish for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationships and life changes, one-on-one or in small groups.
Individual therapy
One-on-one sessions where you can speak openly, understand what keeps you stuck and practice new ways to cope. Our therapists use evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.
Sessions move at your pace. Together you set goals, and you can see your progress over time.
Group therapy
Small groups guided by a therapist, where people facing similar challenges support each other. Groups are a proven way to build coping skills, feel less alone and practice what you learn in a safe setting.
Many patients combine group and individual sessions. We help you choose what fits.
